My passion is serving young children and their families by connecting community resources, improving quality of programs for children and providing support for parents to help children begin school ready to learn! The first three years of a child’s life are truly the most important! First Connections VA is in your community connecting services together and putting young children at the top of the list!! I have 38 years of experience in early childhood education and am the mother of three young men, a preacher, a teacher and a college football coach. My husband and I live in Southern Chesterfield. GRETA MORRIS
Quality Early Childhood Care and Education Coordinator
I have 35 years of experience in early childhood education and am a mother of four young adults, three boys and one girl. I have a passion for joyful and successful children. I am committed to building quality care and education within all early childhood programs. I love working with directors and teachers to help them understand the age appropriate practices for the young children under their care. I coordinate the VA Star Quality Initiative which is our states method of measuring quality care and education for preschool children. My dream is that better care and education for these little ones will help them to succeed in school but especially in their lives.

ALISON NOBLE
First Connections VA, Coalition Coordinator
I have a Masters Degree in Systems Level Social Work, meaning I love to coordinate different services, programs and activities for families and children! This is exactly what I do with my work with First Connections VA. We serve the communities of Sussex, Surry,Dinwiddie, and Greensville, but we have joined forces with Smart Beginnings SE to offer our region even more programs and services to improve early childhood education! I have worked with numerous different non profit organizations and have been with First Connections VA for over 1 year.
